Q: How does Relocation work?
A: We use a form of light that changes the field for the pests or small critters so they can leave and relocate.

* New webinars that are coming shortly will offer more information.

Q: When did PON start?
A: We started the business Pests Out Now in 2017.
However, our experience with Relocation ‘technology’ goes back over 15 years.

Q: Will a PON specialist come to my house?
A: No that is not needed. However, we are happy to talk to you over the phone so you can explain your infestation and get any questions you have directly answered.

Q: If you don’t see the infestation problem how can you fix it?
A: The information we receive from our customer is all we need. Upcoming webinars will further explain this.

Q: Where do the insects and small critters go?
A: They are purposely relocated to a neutral area that is safe for them and away from all human contact.

Q: Will they go to my neighbor’s house?
A: No, they are reloaded relocated far away from human contact and this includes all your neighbors.

Q: How long does it take for Relocation to work?

A: Relocation results can be seen starting from the same-day to 2-3 days, extended periods may occur but are uncommon.

Q: How long does the Relocation last? Will the pests comeback?

A: We have some early customers who are still free of termites, ants, and rats after 4 years. However, we recommend a monthly maintenance for additional
assurance.

Q: Can you relocate more than one pest or small critter at the same time?

A: It is more effective to do one at a time.

Q: How much does a Relocation cost?
A: Each customer receives a cost specific to their infestation. This can include the intensity, duration, location, environmental issues (house or building has many openings to outside or secure storage of food and grains not possible and much more). Each potential customer is given detailed information regarding all components of the cost.

Q: What do I have to do? Is there anything I need to do to prepare for relocating the pests?
A: We recommend preparations depending on the type of infestation you have. For example: if ants are blanketing the kitchen, we recommend removing open jars of attractive foods such as honey; high fat soups and sweets. Also, removal of wet garbage cans (even with lids). We will discuss this with you at the time of your free consultation.
